Professional Membership

Certified members listed on this site have demonstrated their commitment to the community by agreeing to standards that protect adult access and work to prevent youth access to the products they sell both in their physical stores and online. Manufacturing members have committed to a “clean room” facility to ensure good manufacturing practices including proper safety and sanitation and the use of food/USP grade ingredients without the use of additives or food colorings.  None of our members are allowed to sell combustible tobacco products or accessories for the consumption of it and specialize in the vapor industry exclusively.

If you are interested in joining the Utah Smoke Free association as a member, you must review and agree to the “UTSFA Terms & Conditions” and agree to abide by the Association Standards. Please note, the Utah Smoke Free Association is not currently accepting active membership from outside the state of Utah or from any retailer who sells combustible tobacco products or combustible tobacco accessories. However if you sell tobacco and vaping products in Utah or distribute vaping products through Utah retailers and would like to become a sponsor to support the organization financially, we have several annual sponsorship options available (Note – no funds will be accepted from tobacco or pharmaceutical companies):

  • Bronze: $500 donation
  • Silver: $500 – $1000 donation
  • Gold: $1000 – $2000 donation
  • Diamond: Over $2000 donation

If applying for membership or sponsorship, please review the Standards below (if applying for membership) then fill out this form and submit the information required. Payments can be set up to pay via credit card or check on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis based on your preferences.  After submitting the application, a member of our board will be in contact within 5 days of submission.
