The Utah Smoke Free Association fights for the rights of Utah residents wishing to reduce the harms to themselves and their loved ones from smoked tobacco usage through the use of electronic vapor products.

Who is the Utah Smoke Free Association?

The Utah Smoke Free Association is a Salt Lake City based trade association and advocacy group with a focus on Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) through the use of vapor products and electronic cigarettes. We focus on the prevention of tobacco harm and seek to cooperate with the Utah Health Agencies to function for the greater health of the Utah public. The Utah Smoke Free Association was formed in 2014 to bring excellence in retail practices and manufacturing and to provide support and education to the Utah public regarding alternative methods of THR. The Utah Smoke Free Association is a 501(c)4 consumer led volunteer organization comprised of consumers, retail vendors, manufacturers and supporters. We are not affiliated with or receive any financial incentive from the tobacco or pharmaceutical industries nor are we lobbyists.

The Utah Smoke Free Association is a registered in the state of Utah and federally recognized as a 501(c)4 non-profit trade association.  Therefore we are not a charitable organization and donations or pledges are not tax deductible as such.
